01Eligibility & Membership

To register an account and use Ace 55, members must be 18 years of age or older. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors. If a member registers using a false age and this is discovered during verification, the account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

• Members must be of sound mind and have full legal capacity.
• Ace 55 currently serves citizens and residents of Bangladesh.
• Ace 55 officers, employees, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in certain promotions.
• Ace 55 reserves the right to decline any application without providing a reason.

02Account Registration

All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Opening an account with false information is a breach of our rules and may result in account closure.

• Only one account per person is permitted.
• Any attempt to open multiple accounts from the same IP address or device will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• Members are responsible for keeping their account password and personal information confidential.
• You may not allow anyone else to use your account.
• Any suspicious activity must be reported to Ace 55 support immediately.

03Deposits & Payments

Deposits at Ace 55 can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200.
• Deposited funds are normally credited to your account within 30 seconds to 2 minutes.
• Delays caused by payment gateway technical issues will be resolved within 24 hours.
• Only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Deposits via third-party payment methods will not be accepted and such transactions will be returned.
• If a fraudulent payment is detected, the account will be suspended immediately.
